Whereas, The County Courthouse of Habersham Preamble. County was destroyed by fire on December 2, 1923, burning all the Georgia and Court of Appeals reports heretofore furnished the county by the State; Resolved by the House, the Senate concurring, That the State Librarian be and is hereby directed to furnish the Ordinary of said county two full sets of Georgia and Court of Appeals reports.
