Accompanying this circular is a copy of the preceed. ings of the Pure Food and Drug Congress held March, 2nd, to 5th, 1898 in it will be found a list of delegates who attended that meeting also the call for the same which contains the apportionment of delegates, which has been again adopted. You are earnestly requested to carefully examine all of the accompanying papers and to do what you can to aid in making the next meeting so great, a success as to secure the passage of the law recommended, which will also be found in the Proceedings.
