Mr. HOOPER, of Fall River, moved a reconsideration of the vote by which the Resolve on the subject of the incorporation of new towns, was indefinitely postponed. And the motion was placed in the Orders of the Day. Mr. WILSON, of Natick, moved that the hour of ten to-morrow, be assigned for taking the question upon the Resolves on the subject of elections by plurality and majority.
