The volumes of spheres are to one another as the cubes of their diameters.

Ex. I. The three edges of a parallelopipedon are as 3, 4, 7, and the solidity is 777924; find the edges.

Here 3 × 4×7 = 84, the solidity of the parallelopipedon whose edges are 3, 4, 7; then
