Executors and Adminiftrators, and every of Covenant them, doth covenant, promife and agree to and truly to pay without any with the faid M. C. &c. his Heirs, Executors or Adminiftrators, fhall and will well and truly pay, or caufe to be paid unto the faid M. M. and his Affigns, the faid clear yearly Rent of 100 l. during the Term of the Natural Life of him the faid M. M. at fuch Days and Times as are herein before limited and appointed, without making any Abatement, for or in refpect of any Taxes, Charges or Affeffments, imposed or to be impofed by Act of Parliament or otherwife howfoever. And lastly, Agreed, that It is agreed by and between the faid Parties to after the Setthese Presents, that he the faid C. L. by even and equal Portions; the firft Payment thereof, to begin and be made upon fuch of the faid Feafts as fhall next happen after the Decease of the faid G. M. And the faid G. M. doth further Grant, for himself, his Heirs and Affigns, That if the faid Annuity or yearly Rent-Charge of 10l. and 5 l. or either of them, or any Part thereof, fhall happen to be behind and unpaid by the Space of Forty Days next after any of the faid Feaft-days, on which the fame ought to be paid as aforefaid, that then and in fuch Cafe it fhall and may be lawful to and for the faid M. B. and her Affigns, into the faid Meffuages or Tenements, and Premiffes, or any Part or Parcel thereof, to enter and diftrain for the said yearly Annuity or yearly Rent-Charges; and alfo for the Arrears thereof, if any shall be, and the Distress and Diftreffes there to be taken and found, to lead, drive, carry away, and the fame to detain, and keep until the faid M. B. and her Affigns, of the faid Annuities, or yearly Rents-Charge, and the Arrears thereof, and of every Part thereof, together with the Charges of fuch Diftrefs Detainer, fhall be fully paid and fatisfied, according to the true Intent and Meaning of thefe Prefents. And this Indenture further Witneffeth, That for the Confiderations aforefaid, and for and in Confideration of the Sum of 5 s. of lawful Money of England, to the faid M. B. in Hand paid by the faid G. M. the Receipt whereof the faid M. A. and all his and their Eftate, Right, Title, Intereft, Property, Claim and Demand whatfoever, both in Law and Equity, in and to the fame, unto the faid G. M. his Executors, Administrators and Affigns, as by the faid G. M. his Executors, Adminiftrators or Affigns, or by his or their Counsel learned in the Law, fhall be reasonably advised, or devised and required. In witness, &c.
