the Grantor

Manor of, &c. aforefaid, to her the faid A. B. for and during her Life, and of the faid Meffuages and Premiffes built as aforefaid upon the faid Parcel of Ground, for and during the Refidue of the Term aforefaid, then to come and unexpired; And lafily, it is concluded, &c. that until there be a Failure of Payment of the faid yearly Till Failure Sum of 15 l. or fome Part thereof, covenanted of Payment, to be paid as aforefaid to the faid A. B. during to enjoy, &c. her Life, it fhall and may be lawful to and for the faid J. B. his Heirs, Executors and Adminiftrators, to take and receive the said yearly Rent of 15 1. iffuing and going out of the aforefaid Manor, &c. and the Rents and Profits of the faid Meffuages and Premiffes, to his and their own Ufe and Ufes, without the Hindrance or Interruption of the faid A. B. her Executors, Adminiftrators or Affigns, and without any Account to be rendred to her or them for the fame.

MPRIMIS, The faid first named S. H. for himself and his Heirs, Executors and Adminiftrators, for the Confiderations herein after mentioned, doth covenant, promife and agree, to and with the faid P. M. his Heirs and Affigns, by thefe Prefents, That he the first named SH and E. his Wife, and all and every other Perfon and Perfons, having, or claiming to have or claim, or which ever had any Eftate or Intereft in or to the Lands or Tenements herein after mentioned, or any Part thereof, from, by or under the fame S. H. and E. his Wife, or either Baron and of them, or in Truft for them, or either of them, Feme cove- fhall and will before the End of Eafter Term next nant to con- enfuing the Date of thefe Prefents, upon the Revey, &c. to queft of the faid P. nominate or appoint all thofe feveral Pieces or Parcels of Meadow, Pafture and Wood-ground, herein after particularly mentioned, and which are Part of the Manor or Farm called, c. (that is to fay) All that Wood, and Parcel of Wood-ground, &c. and alfo all Hedges, Ditches, Mounds, Fences, Ways, Water-courfes, Profits, Commodities, Advantages, Hereditaments and Appurtenances to the faid feveral Clofes or Parcels of Land, Meadow and Pafture, and other the Premiffes, or any of them belonging, or in any wife appertaining, or with them or any of them ufually held, occupied or enjoyed as Part, Parcel, or Member thereof. To have and to hold all and fingular the faid Clofes or Parcels of Land, Meadow, Pafture, Wood-ground, and other the Premiffes, unto the faid P. M his Heirs and Affigns, or unto fuch other Perfon or Perfons as he or they fhall for that Purpose nominate, and to their Heirs, for and during the Natural Life of the said E. the Wife of the faid first named S. H.

Item, The faid P. M. for himfelf, his Heirs, The faid P. Executors and Adminiftrators, doth covenant, with the faid promife and agree to and with the faid S. H. and Baron and E. his Wife, their Executors and Adminiftra- Feme, upon tors, that he the faid P. Fee after the his Heirs and Affigns by these Presents, that the Life of the faid Sir E. F. and his Heirs, and all and every aforefaid other Perfon and Perfons whatsoever, having or Feme, to the claiming to have or claim, or which ever had faid P. F. his Heirs or Affigns, or any of them, fhall and will before the End of the faid Eafter Term, upon the Request of P. M. his Heirs or Affigns, and at the Cofts and Charges in the Law of the faid P. M. his Heirs or Affigns, well and fufficiently, and by fuch Conveyance and Affurance, and of fuch Title as fhall be approved of by the Counsel learned in the Law of the faid P. M. his Heirs or Affigns, convey and affure unto the said P. M. his Heirs and Affigns, or fuch other Perfon and Perfons as the faid P.M. his Heirs and Affigns, fhall for that Purpose nominate or appoint, the Reversion and Inheritance in Fee-fimple, of all and fingular the before mentioned Clofes, Lands, Hereditaments and Premiffes, with the Appurtenances expectant upon the Death of the faid E. the Wife of the faid first named S. H. if the fame E. fhall be then living, or in cafe fhe the fame E. fhall be then dead, the Freehold and Inheritance in Feefimple of all and fingular the Premiffes, To have and to hold the fame unto the said P. M. his Heirs and Affigns for ever, or unto fuch other Perfon or Perfons as he or they fhall for that Pur
