H. S. his Heirs, Executors, Adminiftrators and Affigns, hall have all the Bricks, Timber, and other Materials of the prefent Bog-house and Gardiner's Houfe, and of fo much of the Walls of the faid Society as fhall be neceffarily pulled down and removed in Order to the Buildings aforefaid.

And farther, At the fame Cofts and Charges, a fufficient Quantity of the Ground on the Out-fide of the faid fecond and third Range of Buildings, for the convenient paffing of People Pavement, to and from, fhall be handfomely paved, with Pofts and good and fufficient Oaken Pofts of fquare Tim. Clearing. ber, fet up at convenient Diftance from each other on the out-fide of the faid Pavements; and at the fame Cofts and Charges, when all the faid Buildings are erected and compleatly finish'd, all fuch Rubbish and Earth as fhall be caft up and remain within the Compafs of the faid Buildings, fhall within the Space of fix Months then coming, rid and carry off.

Item, It is agreed, That the wafte Ground which fhall remain, and be of the faid Piece and Parcel of Ground fo bounded out as aforefaid, other than what fhall be built upon as aforefaid, Open Cou fhall from Time to Time, and at all Times here- & after lie open, waste and unbuilt for the Profpect and Recreation of the faid Society and Members thereof: And that no Chambers or other Buildings, fhall at any Time hereafter be erected or built on the void Piece of Ground, called or known by the Name of the Kitchen Garden of this Society, or any Part thereof, without the Confent nd Good-liking of the faid H. S. his Heirs and ffigns, of the faid intended new Buildings, and at the faid Gates to be now erected, fhall kept by the Porter of the faid Society.

And the faid H. S. for himfelf, his, &c. and for every of them, doth covenant, promife, and grant, and agreee, to and with the faid Sir H. G Sir J. B. Sir J. C. R. A. J. S. L. A. J. E. W. G S. E. G. E. W. C. and F. H. and the Survivor and Survivor of them, and the Heirs, Executor and Adminiftrators of the Survivors and Survi vor of them, That he the faid H. S. his Heir and Affigns, fhall and will from Time to Time, an at all Times hereafter, well and fufficiently repai

uphold, maintain, and amend the faid Boghoufe or Houfe of Office, Pavements and Posts after that the fame fhall be erected and fet up, and alfo procure to be emptied, the faid Boghoufe, when and as often as Occafion fhall require, and lay the faid Court or void Space of Ground within the new erected Buildings, level and fitting for Common Ufe, and fhall alfo from Time to Time, and at all Times after that the faid Chambers and Buildings fo to be built on the faid Ground belonging to the faid Society, fhall be built and fet up, during fuch Time and Etate as he or they fhall have in the said Chambers and Buildings, well and fufficiently repair, amend, maintain, and keep the faid Chambers and Buildings in all manner of needful and neceffary Reparations, and the fame fo well and fufficiently repaired, amended, maintained, and kept in the End and Expiration of his and their Eftate and Interefts therein fhall leave and yield unto the faid Sir H. G. &c. and the Survivors and Survivor of them, and the Heirs of the Survivor
