We here offer a perfect copy of "SMITH'S VIRGINIA " at a very moderate price. The book is of the utmost rarity to find in good state, the interesting maps being generally torn out. The portraits, which in this copy are reprints, are rarely found in the volume; the Bunbury copy, which realized £204 in 1895, had only one of these, and was dated 1625. The Beckford copy, which w on Large Paper, sold in 1883 for £605.

A scarce volume in prose and verse, and written partly in form of a masque, described by Warren as being a POETICALL ROMANCE on the plan of Sidney's "Arcadia." It is dedicated to James Howell, and has also a very flowery address "To the Ladies and Gentlewomen of England."
