Side 726 - Unfair methods of competition in commerce, and unfair or deceptive acts or practices in commerce, are hereby declared unlawful. "The Commission is hereby empowered and directed to prevent persons, partnerships, or corporations, . . . from using unfair methods of competition in commerce and unfair or deceptive acts or practices in commerce.
