G. now hath, heretofore had, or hereafter fhall, may, or can have or claim, either at law or in equity, in, to, or concerning the faid fum and fums, or any part or parts thereof, or upon the faid E. F. his heirs, executors, administrators or affigns, his, their, or either of their eftates or effects, by reafon thereof, whether through, under, or by virtue or means of the hereinbefore in part recited bond or obligation, or the faid in part recited indentures, or otherwise howsoever, and the receipt and receipts, and acquittance and acquitances of him the faid T.L. for all or fuch part or portion of the said fum of, or of the intereft thereof as he fhall therein acknowledge to have received, or to have been paid, fhall at all times be a good, fufficient and effectual difcharge, or difcharges fort the fame. G. in confideration of the fum of of lawful British money, to him in hand paid by the faid T. L. his heirs and affigns, all that and thofe capital and other meffuage and meffuages, public-houses, lands, tenements, hereditaments and premifes, in and by the hereinbefore in part recited indentures of leafe and release, mentioned to bear date refpectively on or about the days of days of, which was in the year granted, bargained, fold, released and confirmed, unto and to the ufe of him the faid D. G. and the faid T. L. their heirs and affigns, or therein expreffed fo to be as aforefaid, with all and every the rights, privileges, members and appurtenances whatsoever, to the fame, or any of them belonging, or otherwife appertaining, and all and every the eftate, right, title, interest, trust, property, claim and demand, both at law and in cquity, of him the faid G. D. his heirs and affigns therein and thereto, under, through, or by virtue or means of the hereinbefore recited bond or ob ligation, of the aforefaid hereinbefore recited indenture, or either of them, or otherwife howfoever, and the reverfion, remainders, rents, iffues and proceeds thereof, and of every part thereof, together with all deeds, writings and evidences relating thereto, or to any part thereof, in his cuftody or power. To have and to hold all and fingular the faid capital and other meffuage and meffuages, public houfes, lands, tenements, hereditaments and premifes hereby granted, released,

L. his heirs and affigns, in as full and abfolute a form and manner (but and upon, and fubject nevertheless to fuch and the fame trufts, conditions, limitations, intents and purposes in all refpects) as he the faid D. G. either alone, or jointly and together with the faid T. L. has or holds, or hereto fore had or held the fame, or any part or portion thereof. AND the faid D. G. doth hereby, for himself, his heirs, executors, adminiftrators and affigns covenant, promife, declare and agree, to and with the faid T. L. his heirs and affigns, in manner following, (that is to fay) that he the faid D. G. hath not, at any time or times heretofore, done or committed, or knowingly fuffered to be done or committed, nor will at any time or times hereafter, do, commit, or knowingly fuffer any one deed, matter or thing whatsoever, whereby or by means whereof the meffuages, lands, tenements and hereditaments hereby granted, releafed and conveyed, or mentioned fo to be as aforefaid, or any part thereof, or the faid fum of -, fecured or charged thereon, or other fum or fums of money hereby remised, released, renounced and relinquished, or expreffed to be, as aforesaid, or any part thereof, are, is, may, or can be in any means incumbered, released, exonerated, difcharged, or otherwife prejudiced or effected in value, title, or eftates, and that he the faid D. G. notwithstanding any fuch act, deed, matter or thing aforefaid, hath at the time of the fealing and delivering of thefe prefents, full and lawful power and authority to grant, releafe, and convey the hereditaments and premises aforefaid, and to remife, release and relinquish the fum of and other the monies aforefaid, unto the faid T. L.

PARTITION. his heirs, executors, adminiftrators and affigns, in fuch manner and form as hereinafter is expreffed. AND further, that he the said D. G. his heirs, executors, adminiftrators and affigns, and all and every other perfon or perfons, having or lawfully claiming, through, by, or under him, them, or any of them, any eftate, right, title, or interest, in or to the aforefaid meffuages, hereditaments and premises, or any part thereof, or in or to the said sum of —, or other monies aforefaid, or any part thereof, fhall and will, at all times hereafter, make, do,. acknowledge, levy, fuffer and execute, all fuch further and other acts, deeds, matters, writings, inftruments and things whatfoever (the expences, cofts and charges thereof being borne and paid by the faid T.
