CHAPTER CIV.

AN ACT Divorcing Lois H. Brown and G. W. Brown.

Be it enacted by the Governor and Legislative Assembly of Kansas Territory:

SECTION 1. That the bonds of matrimony existing between Lois H. Brown and George W. Brown be and the same are hereby dissolved, and said parties restored to all the rights of single persons.

SEC. 2. That this act shall not affect the said Lois H. Brown's right of dower or alimony in any property that may belong to the said G. W. Brown, but she shall have the same power to enforce her marital rights in his estate in the proper court as if this act had never been passed, unless said G. W. Brown, after the passage of this act, shall, in due form, assign and convey to her such part of his estate as she may be willing to accept in full discharge of her alimony and dower right.

SEC. 3. This act to take effect and be in force from and after its passage.

AN ACT Granting a Divorce to O. B. Brumley.

Be it enacted by the Governor and Legislative Assembly of the Territory of Kansas:

SECTION 1. That O. B. Brumley be and is hereby divorced from his wife, Alzina E. Brumley, and is hereby released from all the bonds of matrimony, and is hereby restored to all the rights and privileges of a single man.

This act to take effect and be in force from and after its

AN ACT Granting a Divorce to John F. Conwell.

Be it enacted by the Governor and Legislative Assembly of the Territory of Kansas:

SECTION 1. That John F. Conwell be and is hereby divorced from his wife, Lucy E. Conwell, and is hereby released from all the bonds of matrimony, and is hereby restored to all the rights and privileges of a single man. This act to take effect and be in force from and after its passage.

CHAPTER CVII.

AN ACT for the relief of Jane Cotter.

Be it enacted by the Governor and Legislative Assembly of the Territory of Kansas:

SECTION 1. That the bonds of matrimony now existing between John H. Cotter and Jane Cotter be and are hereby declared null and void, and the said parties restored to all their rights and privileges as they existed before said marriage.

CHAPTER CVIII.

AN ACT Divorcing Clara L. Crane from the bonds of matrimony with Orlando M. Crane.

Be it enacted by the Governor and Legislative Assembly of the Territory of Kansas, as follows:

SECTION 1. That the marriage contract now and heretofore existing between Clara L. Crane and Orlando M. Crane is hereby dissolved and annulled, and the said parties are restored to all the rights of single persons, and the said Clara L. Crane is hereby restored to her maiden name, Clara L. Johnson.

SEC. 2. This act to take effect and be in force from and after its passage.

CHAPTER CIX.

AN ACT Divorcing James Henry Crawford and Melinda Elizabeth Crawford. Be it enacted by the Governor and Legislative Assembly of the Territory of Kansas:

SECTION 1. That the marriage contract between James Henry Crawford and Melinda Elizabeth Crawford be and is hereby declared null and void, and that the said parties be

and are hereby divorced from the bonds of matrimony and restored to all their rights and privileges the same as if the said marriage contract had never existed.

This act to take effect and be in force from and after its passage.

CHAPTER CX.

AN ACT divorcing Amon G. Da Lee and Clarinda E. Da Lee. Be it enacted by the Governor and Legislative Assembly of the Territory of Kansas:

SEC. 1. That the marriage contract between Amon G. Da Lee and Clarinda E. Da Lee, be and hereby is declared null and void, and the said parties be and are hereby divorced from the bonds of matrimony, and restored to all their rights and privileges, the same as if said marriage contract had never existed.

SEC. 2. This act to take effect and be in force from and after its passage.

CHAPTER CXI.

AN ACT divorcing Lucinda F. Gee and James M. Gee.

Be it enacted by the Governor and Legislative Assembly of Kansas Territory:

SECTION 1. That the bonds of matrimony now existing between Lucinda F. Gee and James M. Gee, her husband, be, and the same are, hereby dissolved, and declared to be void. The parties aforesaid are hereby declared to have all the rights and privileges that they would have possessed had such marriage contract never existed.

SEC. 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.

CHAPTER CXII.

AN ACT divorcing Wm. M. F. Greer and Matilda Greer.

Be it enacted by the Governor and Legislative Assembly of Kansas Territory:

SECTION 1. That Wm. M. F. Greer, and Matilda Greer, be, and they are hereby divorced, and each party restored to the same relative position as if they had never been married. SEC. 2. This act to take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
