For the fuppofed diftribution of this addrefs, an information ex officio was filed against Archibald Hamilton Rowan, Efq. and he was fentenced to pay a fine of 500l. and to be imprisoned for two years, commencing 29th Januy 1794. See the report of the trial published by Byrne."
