ECCLESIASTICAL SILVERSMITH,

41, WESTMORLAND-PLACE, CITY-ROAD,

LONDON, N.

THE ONLY PRIZE MEDAL FOR CHURCH PLATE IN THE UNITED KINGDOM, 1862.

Has been for twenty-five years past the only manufacturer in London of Church Plate upon Ecclesiastical models. During that time he has worked under the directions of the Ecclesiological Society, and for the use of the Church of England only, at Home and in the Colonies. He is enabled, by this long practice of only one branch of the Silversmith's trade, to make Church Plate both superior in Workmanship and cheaper in price than any other person. In the Great Exhibition of 1851 his case of Plate received the only Prize Medal for Church Plate given for the United Kingdom, and the same specimens obtained also the First and the Second Prizes of the Goldsmiths' Company of London.

TESTIMONIALS.

From the RIGHT REV. THE LORD BISHOP OF BRECHIN.

"DEAR SIR-The Chalice has arrived safely. It reflects the greatest credit upon your work, and will vie with some of the finest manipulations of the Middle Ages. The delicacy and fineness of the execution is only equalled by the arrangement of colours, and the judicious assortment of the jewels. Altogether, I think that I may say I have seen no modern work so striking. And will you kindly order a leather case to be made for it, so as to preserve it?"

From the HON. AND VERY REV. S. WELLESLEY, DEAN OF WINDSOR. "Mr. Keith was employed to manufacture the Communion Plate presented by the Queen to the Chapel Royal in Windsor Park. The workmanship gave great satisfaction.-Deanery, Windsor, May 9, 1862."

From the REV. G. F. PRESCOTT, CURATE OF ST. JOHN'S, PADDINGTON.

"Sir,-It is but fair to you to let you know in writing how entirely satisfied and pleased we are with the Communion Service which you have made for St. Michael's Church, Paddington; it is all that we wished. Should I be asked at any time to name an Ecclesiastical Silversmith, I should have no hesitation in naming yourself. With many thanks for so faithfully executing the work.-13, Oxford-square, Sept. 14, 1861."

Applications for Drawings, with Prices, addressed to J. KEITH, 41, WESTMORLAND-PLACE, CITY-ROAD, LONDON, N.; or to his agents, Frank Smith and Co., 13, Southampton-street, Strand, London, W.C.; Mr. T. Field, Market-square, Aylesbury, would be promptly attended to.
