of John Pinder Esq. and Anne his wife Lord and Lady of the Manor aforesaid, held at Tetney, 22 Octr.

And so on till 1767, when

1767 John Harrison became Lord of the Manor; then Sir Montague Cholmeley, of Easton Hall, Grantham; then George Haigh, Esq., of Grainsby Hall; and now Geo. H. Caton Haigh, Esq., of Grainsby Hall.

"Provided always,

Saving to the Lord of the Manor. and be it enacted by the Authority aforesaid, That this Act shall not prejudice, lessen, or defeat, the Right, Title, or Interest of the said John Harrison, of, in, or to the Seigniory, Royalties, Rights, or Services, incident and belonging to him as Lord of the Manor of Wathall cum Houghton and Tetney aforesaid, but that the said John Harrison, as Lord for the Time being, and all future Lords of the said Manor, shall and may, from Time to Time, and at all Times for ever hereafter, hold and enjoy all Rents, Services, Rights, Royalties, Courts, Perquisites, and Profits of Courts, Goods and Chattels, of Felons and Fugitives, Felons of themselves and put in Exigent, Deodands, Waifs, Estrays, Forfeitures, and all his and their exclusive Rights in and to all Wrecks of Sea, casual Profits from Ships, Groundage, Terrage, and Anchorage, Fishing, Fowling, and all other Rights, Profits, and Immunities, in, over, or upon, the Shores, Fore-shores, and Lands, lying without the new intended Sea Bank, and all other Royalties and Jurisdictions to the said Manor, or to the Lord thereof, now incident, belonging, appendant, or appertaining (other than and except the Right to the Soil of any of the Lands or Grounds which shall be allotted by Authority of this Act to any other Person or Persons, and also such Right of Common, and other Depasturage, as can or may be claimed by the Lord of the said Manor of Wathall cum Houghton and Tetney upon the said Lands and Grounds), in as full, ample, and beneficial a Manner, to all Intents and Purposes, as he or they respectively might have held and enjoyed the same before the passing of this Act."

The three smaller Manors failed to keep up their Courts and other manorial characteristics, and so lapsed into the principal Manor.
