RULE XXIX. Either party may bring on the argument on a notice to be served on the opposite party, a copy of which notice, specifying the Judicial District in which the cause originated, shall be filed with the clerk of this court on or before the fifteenth day of December in each year, which notice, except in criminal cases, shall be for the first day of the term. |
