The Cawnpore division order of the 1st instant, appointing Staff Sergeant Holt, of the 1st company 5th bartalion of artillery, to the charge of the ordnance and stores under preparation at Cawn. pore for service in Jhansi, is confirmed.

With the sanction of the Right Honorable the Governor Gene ral, Captain E Marshall, of the invalid establishment, is permitted to reside at Feroze pore, the present head quarters of the Sirhind division, instead at Kurnaul, until the 1st of May next.
