Gent, as may appear) and alfo the Reversion and Reversions, Remainder and Remainders, Rents, Iffues and Profits of the faid Premiffes, and of every Part and Parcel thereof, with the Appurtenances. To hold unto the faid C. D. his Executors, Adminiftrators. and Affigns, for and during the Term of Soo Years, thence next enfuing, and fully to be compleat and ended, at and under the yearly Rent of a Pepper-Corn; which faid recited Indenture was by a Provifo or Condition therein contained, made defefible on Payment by the faid A. B. unto the faid C. D. of the faid Sum of, &c. and Intereft, on a certain Day therein mention'd, then to come, and now long fince paft; as in and by the faid recited Indenture may more fully appear. And whereas failure of Failure in Pay Payment was made of the faid Sum of, &c. ment, &c. and the Intereft thereof, by means whereof the faid Premiffes above mention'd became forfeited to the faid C. D. and his faid Estate and Intereft therein, during the remainder of the faid Term of 500 Years, became in Law abfolute. And whereas upon an Accompt this Day made up between the faid A. B. and C. D. there appears to be due unto him the faid C. D. upon the Security of the faid Premiffes, the full Sum of, &c. for Principal Money and Intereft, and no

And whereas the faid E. F. hath Contract for lately contracted with the faid A. B. for the Fee. the abfolute Purchase of the Fee Simple and Inhe

Inheritance of all and fingular the faid Premiffes above mention'd, for the Sum of, &c. And the faid Fee Simple and Inheritance of the faid Premiffes are intended to be forthwith granted and conveyed unto faid E. F. and his Heirs.

Recital of an Whereas, &c. (here recite, ut fupra, a Alignment of Mortgage from A. B. to C. D. for 500 a Mortgage to Years) And whereas in and by one Indenture tripartite, bearing Date, &c. made between the faid C. D. of the firft Part: the faid A. B. of the fecond Part; and the faid E. F. G. H. and L. M. of the third Part; reciting therein in Effect, as is herein before recited; and reciting further, that the faid A. B. had by Indenture of Leafe and Release, bearing Date, &c. in Confideration of the Sum of, &c. granted and convey'd the Inheritance and Fee-Simple of the faid Meffuages, Lands and Hereditaments above recited, to the said E. F. and his Heirs. The faid C. D. in Confideration that he was fully paid and fatisfied, all the Monies fecured to him by the faid Term of 500 Years, above recited; and to the end the faid Term might be affigned and kept on foot, and might protect the faid Premiffes from all intervening Incumbrances. And in Confideration of 5 s. in Money to him the faid C. D. in hand paid by the faid G. H. and L. M. the faid C. D. by and with the Confent, Direction and Appointment of the faid A. B. teftified by his being made a Party to, and figning and fealing thereof, did bargain, fell, affign and fet-over unto the faid G. H. and L. M.

F. his Heirs and Affigns, and fuch other Perfon and Perfons to whom the Freehold and Inheritance of the faid Premiffes thereby affigned, fhould from time to time appertain and belong; and to wait and attend on the Reverfion, Freehold and Inheritance thereof; and to, for or upon none other Truft, intent or purpose whatsoever, as in and by the faid laft recited Indenture may more fully appear.
