D. his, &c. of the faid Meffuages, Lands

and Premiffes mentioned to be hereby leafed for the Term of 99 Years, determinable upon the Death of one fuch other Perfon as the faid R. D. his, &c. fhall within the faid last mentioned fix Months for that Purpose nominate, the faid laft Leafe to be made to commence from the Determination of the faid feveral Terms made and to be made to the faid R.
