and immediately after the passage of this act, the matrimonial connection or civil contract of marriage, made between Betsey Anderson and Abram Anderson, her husband, shall be and is hereby completely annulled, set aside, and dissolved, as fully, and as effectually as if no such contract had ever been made and entered into between them.
