No plague infection was found. Plague-Infected Rats-Hongkong. During the month of March, 1919, out of 8,169 rats examined at Hongkong, 18 rats were found plague infected. CUBA. Communicable diseases have been notified at Habana as follows: During the period from March 1 to 15, 1919, typhus fever was reported prevalent at Archangel, Russia, with 36 cases and 18 fatalities.
