A PROCLAMATION.

WHEREAS the General Assembly of this Province stands prorogued to the last Tuesday of this present month of June, I have thought fit further to prorogue the said General Assembly, and the same is hereby further prorogued to Tuesday the twenty second day of September next.

Given under my Hand and Seal at Fredericton, the sixteenth day of June, in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and forty six, and in the ninth year of Her Majesty's Reign. By His Excellency's Command.

WHEREAS

A PROCLAMATION.

HEREAS the General Assembly of this Province stands prorogued to Tuesday the twenty second day of September instant, I have thought fit to dissolve the said General Assembly, and the same is hereby accordingly dissolved; whereof all persons whom it may concern will take due notice.

And I have further thought fit to order and direct that Writs for calling a new General Assembly be forthwith issued in due form, returnable on Thursday the twenty ninth day of October next.

Given under my Hand and Seal at Fredericton, the sixteenth day of September, in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and forty six, and in the tenth year of Her Majesty's Reign.

WHEREAS the General Assembly of this Province has been summoned to meet at Fredericton on Thursday the twenty ninth day of this instant October, I have thought fit to prorogue the said General Assembly, and the same is hereby prorogued to Tuesday the twenty ninth day of December next.

of October, in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and forty six, and in the tenth year of Her Majesty's Reign. By His Excellency's Command.

His Excellency Sir William Macbean George Colebrooke, K. H., Lieutenant Governor and Commander in Chief, &c. &c. &c.

Fredericton, Thursday, January 28, 1847.

IS Excellency the Lieutenant Governor having been pleased, by Proclamation bearing date the sixteenth day of September last, to dissolve the late General Assembly, and to order that new Writs issue for electing Members to form a House of Assembly; and having by further Proclamation, bearing date the twelfth day of December last, summoned a meeting of the General Assembly on this day for the dispatch of business

The Clerk of the Crown in Chancery delivered to the Clerk of the Assembly a Roll containing the names of the Members returned by the Sheriffs of the several Counties as duly elected, and which is as follows:
